We would like to introduce our new Organic Fairtrade Coffee from Costa Rica.
We think the flavour is even better than the conventional Costa Rica we have been selling up to now.
This coffee type is known in the coffee trade as a classic Clean Central American cup.
The harvest period for this particular crop is December – April. The processing is known as washed or wet processed.
Cupping notes are: clean, smooth, medium body, chocolate almonds and citrus tones.
