Description

This coffee has been designed after consultation with the Gerson support network and other alternative practitioners to be used therapeutically, for instance in enemas. The coffee we use is strong in caffeine and then roasted at a very light roast almost a sand color. This minimizes any irritation

The coffee made from this roast is not suitable for drinking. The ground coffee should also not be repacked once opened. The liquor should not be stored for more than a day as it could pick up mold spores, even when kept in a fridge.

Our coffee beans are roasted by eye by our experienced roaster with no computer controlled temperature profiles to make the decisions. This is just one aspect of the care we use to maintain the fine flavor our customers expect.
