On a medium-strong roast this Bolivian coffee has full generous flavours so works for strong cafetiere medium latte or cappuccino, filter and a medium to strong espresso. It has many qualities which are quite similar to Nicaraguan.
Bolivian coffee is known for its classic clean taste and fruity notes such as tangerine and apricot. Caramels also develop at the end of the roast.
