The roast is in a late very hot stage and imparts the extra continental roast bite. As beans this roast would be a shiny dark brown. It has a strong slightly burnt flavor, best in a latte.

Our coffee beans are roasted by eye by our experienced roaster with no computer controlled temperature profiles to make the decisions. This is just one aspect of the care we use to maintain the fine flavor our customers expect.

This is exactly this same decaffeinated coffee which we use in our shop in Portobello Road.

Our shop is located in the heart of London's Portobello Road market. We sell hot drinks, snacks, toasted sandwiches, smoothies and what we are famous for: freshly roasted coffee beans. We roast in our factory a couple of miles away in Wembley and rush the coffee down to the shop twice weekly.
